Established in 1998 and located in Los Gatos, California. Loofbourow Associates is a premeire boutique Executive Search Firm. We work with companies who understand that exceptional people are their greatest competitive asset. Through identifying and successfully recruiting people our clients cannot find through the usual channels, we help them be more successful than their competitors.
We are selective in the searches we accept and work on a highly personalized basis with only a handful of companies at a time. As a result our return business rate is nearly 100%. Loofbourow Associates is not a franchise nor a branch office, nor do we "sub" out our searches or hand them off to "new associates". Our client companies receive our full attention once we make a commitment to them and in fact, each and every search and/or project is managed personally by the President, Amy Loofbourow.
